Jason came out to my home to walk through the renovation I needed for my pool. I literally just moved into the house YESTERDAY and he was extremely insulting. He insulted my pool, the quality of the pool, the decking, the jacuzzi and every time he opened his mouth he insulted and made negative comments about my property. Within minutes of my arrival, you brought to my attention two flaws in your deck's finish, both of which were areas where the overlay had separated from the subsurface. In an attempt to begin a discussion about the limited repair possibilities, I began to point out flaws in the finish as well. The spray texture craftsmanship (consistency) was quite poor, and the overlay intruded on the expansion joint between coping and deck.
