Mike came over to a house and gave me an estimate for adding a toilet and sink for 3200 including pulling a permit and I have made 50% of the payment already before he started the job. He comes with the crew, does the work and calls me saying work is completed and he has called in for a final inspection by the city on Friday evening and inspection scheduled for Monday morning and I have said I will pay the remaining payment once I get the Green tag by the city. I set up two different dates with this company. I never heard from them on the first day they were supposed to come and fix several water leaks. I called and set up a second appointment. They did not show up for that appointment either even though the second time I called them to double check my timeframe. Not reliable. Not professional. Not responsive.
