This is the company you need to call. We had a pretty significant water leak in our basement. Older house, old pipes. They scheduled me on short notice, outside of Lincoln. Brighton Caudy was our technician, he was pleasant, on time and eager to help. This guy knows his stuff. Diagnosed our several leaks very quickly and went to work. Derek and Shawn installed new plumbing so I can move my laundry to the upstairs. They did a great job and were both very professional.
Paid over $600 to have drain snaked, getting bathroom remodeled now and another plumbing company is here and discovered the cap on the pipe in basement was never put back on so I've had water in my basement for weeks now. Also the tub drain cleaned and this plumber found the pipe in basement wasn't even sealed and popped right out. If I'm paying this much money to have something fixed I expect it to be fixed and not create a new issue by not putting cap on and creating constant water puddle in my basement.
Cody was prompt, diligent and so personal. I felt comfortable with his work, he even took a moment to listen to my grandson's inquiries. This quality of work and they invoiced me to allow my family to help with the unexpected expense. Not only will I use them in future but will request Cody.
