Ordered 2 new mixing valves for my hotel, they only installed the new mixing valves and not the new check valves that came with the new valves. They said they didn't have the time to install the new check valves, which would have taken an extra 10 minutes to do. This was over a month ago, still haven't come back to finish the job, nor are the valves working properly and mixing hot and cold water to the correct temperature. Maybe they're okay for residential work but for commercial work, unimpressed, use someone else!
