I hope the physical therapists are better than the front desk staff. I chose this place because they advertised vestibular therapy on their website. However, I had to wait about a month to get an appointment for that specific condition. When I arrived for my appointment, they informed me that the therapist was unavailable because they hadn’t realized the appointment was for vestibular therapy. Their therapists vary a great deal in “quality”. There are many that have just begun there careers.
I had a comprehensive evaluation last Thursday. I was included in determining the priorities and developing the plan. I am having problems with coordinating the web site and the mobile app. Am on my second note to the web group and waiting for reply.
