A few years ago, I partially tore my ACL. I went through PT then to get my mobility back and get back out on the slopes as a full time snowboarder, but had never felt 100%. My constant knee pain was keeping me from snowboarding as much as I needed/liked to, and I started developing pain in my hips and lower back. Before I met Tim at Select PT, I had tried physical therapy for minor physical concerns and been disappointed. In 2022, I fell from a roof and broke both ankles and left foot. I had some P/T shortly after recovering from my accident but my walk was affected and my posture and gait suffered.
