If you’ve been tuned into social media since the onset of COVID-19, you’ve most likely seen a handful of drive-by parades that have replaced traditional celebrations like graduations, proms and birthday parties. Our Select Kids Pediatric Therapy team in Virginia Beach recently came together for their own drive-by baby shower, celebrating the birth of our team member’s son, Judah. If you saw our post from earlier, you know today is #NationalHandshakeDay! Since we couldn’t celebrate by greeting our colleagues and patients with traditional handshakes today, we kept a safe social distance and had a great time exchanging elbow bumps, foot taps, head nods, waves and fist bumps instead.

When you get up in the morning, we realize that coffee is a must. So what better way to start the day than having coffee delivered to you?! Led by Juliana Shea, P.T., MSPT, center manager, team members from our Bridgewater, CT community were proud to provide fresh-brewed coffee, courtesy of Juliana’s husband’s local coffee shop, to our health care partners in the area. We’d like to thank the Bridgewater team for helping our friends start their morning the right way.
