The good folks at BSW physical therapy helped me with "pre-hab" before my total knee replacement and with rehab after. I was stronger and more mobile going into the surgery than I would otherwise have been. And I am stronger and more mobile now, after the surgery, than I would have been on my own. Give them a try!

I have been experiencing back, hip and knee pain for several years now and have used several different therapists in Georgetown with marginal results. I have now been seeing Kaylan Thompson for about two months.. Kaylan is an absolutely fabulous therapist. She is working on improving my posture and overall muscle strength throughout my back, legs, and core. Kaylan is by far the best therapist with whom I have ever worked. She has exercises and stretches that no other therapist has ever suggested. And, she's fun to work with.... read more
