I won't go back. I went to one in Columbus, Indiana on 2 occasions. I was told one contracted amount per my insurance at that time. Paid in full. 5 weeks later, I receive a bill for additional charges. They changed the contracted amount. Secondly, I was billed for services not rendered. On the last appointment, they billed me for a full hour when I received only 45 minutes. Lastly, they worsened my condition (in my opinion). Bill is vague.
