I am thankful for the help Select Physical Therapy has provided as I recover from neck and back problems. Therapy is goal oriented with regular assessments of progress. Measured objectives demonstrate increasing stamina and achievements while therapeutic encouragement and support build confidence and empowerment for solid recovery. I won't go back. I went to one in Columbus, Indiana on 2 occasions. I was told one contracted amount per my insurance at that time. Paid in full. 5 weeks later, I receive a bill for additional charges. They changed the contracted amount. Secondly, I was billed for services not rendered. On the last appointment, they billed me for a full hour when I received only 45 minutes. Lastly, they worsened my condition (in my opinion). Bill is vague. No EOB, no hourly contracted amount, not EOS. Just what I paid and what they now say... read more
