Thanks to Bill, at Cora Rehab. for teaching me how to do strength building exercises after my Orthopedic Dr. found spurs on my hip joint, causing my pain and weakness, which is greatly improved with the exercises i’ve done. thanks for your thoughts and prayers regarding this matter.
