I was in a motor vehicle accident. The insurance company sent we the checks, tried signing them over, they couldn't do that. Tried giving them my credit card over the phone, couldn't do that. While this was going on I lost my son to cancer. I do not dispute that I owe them money, but they sent me to collections for the full amount, they refuse to reduce the contracted rate amount. Christy is an amazing physical therapist ,but there accounting practices are slimy.
