Though my therapist was great, Select Physical Therapy can’t get anything straight in filing insurance claims! I’ve made so many calls to try to get it straightened out it’s ridiculous. My insurance is great and pays 100% when claims are submitted correctly. There is only one of the many blundered claim submissions left that needs to be resubmitted. ln the last phone call to them I was informed that everything was now resubmitted correctly and I don’t owe anything. RecommendedI have been working with Colleen and am very pleased with the results. I appreciate that she listens to me instead of just focusing on what my problem looks like on paper. The facility is easy to find and there's plenty of parking. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It's clean. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!
From the first call to Select Physical Therapy I was pleasantly spoken to by Erika. You could tell this would be the place for me for my therapy. Setting up appointments were very easy and convenient to my schedule. My first session with Tata eased my pain, and fear of any surgery. Tata explained in detailed what, and where my problem was! Colleen, physical therapist, was AMAZING!!! She was knowledgeable, compassionate, obviously enjoys her career choice, explained everything that I was able to understand, and guided me into the right direction. She gave her undivided attention and was very personable.
I couldn't be more pleased or grateful for the exceptional physical therapy provided to me by Tara both pre and post surgery. In both cases I have been able to control pain without the use of prescription meds, and after surgery, I was out of the hospital in 1.5 days vice 3 days because of the pre-op therapy regime provided by 'Tara. Many hospital staff (both nurses and therapists) commented on how well I was prepared for the surgery and a quick recovery.
