I've called 4 times to try to set up an appointment. Nobody answers the phone or has the courtesy to call you back. I don't understand the 5 star rating for a company that can't even be bothered to return a phone call.
No one answers the phone or calls you back. I have left numerous messages to schedule an appointment. Spoken clearly and slowly like suggested in the prerecorded instructions.
Jarrod is very knowledgeable of his profession. He is a hands on physical therapist which I have realized is hard to find. Good communicator with his clients.
