This is my favorite place for physical therapy. My therapist Margaret did a great job examining my body and recommended movements that helped a lot.
The practitioners are really good. I like Cristina and Sereno, but the front desk is a disaster half the time it's unmanned and the phone rings and rings thus disturbing the therapists and the patients. You are hiring the wrong profile person. If it were me, I would hire a local retired woman who is dependable and wants to work part time. This current condition is unacceptable.
Jarrod Maslin is an EXCELLENT physical therapist! I have had a pain in my hip since last January. I worked with two other PTs last year and, while the pain was reduced, it continued to bother me. I have only been working with Jarrod for a few sessions and it's already improving.
He's knowledgable, patient, careful, and gentle and a pleasure to work with.
