Wow, just had 1 of the worst experiences I have ever had! STAY AWAY. Changing a name does not cover poor customer service! Front desk staff had ZERO compassion. Refused to treat me because they had not received a certain group of paperwork from my MD even though they DID have the MD's referral request. While I was on the phone trying to get the requested information they took another patient in my place and that was 5 minutes BEFORE my appointment start time. Beware if using insurance to help pay for your therapy at this facility (recently changes their name to Select Physical Therapy...wonder why...). Therapists are good, however, front office will schedule you for sessions over and above what your insurance allows without telling you, and then bill you their full rates for out-of-pocket expense. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I do not recommend.
Coming from the north and having to get PT, I was very, very pleased with Physiotherapy Associates and their VERY VERY competent staff. Leslie is far and above the normal PT person. This I know from previous experiences. The staff is very helpful and pleasant
