Our community has been using Select Patrol for almost two years now. We have been very pleased with their services. From Management to all the guards, they have been great. They show up on time for their patrols, they are very dependable and the reporting is very accurate. I would highly recommend Select Patrol for Security Services!
I scheduled an interview with them for a job. I showed up on time and dressed professionally. I followed their instructions and used the call box to contact them, but no one answered. I managed to get to their office anyway, where they had a ring doorbell camera. I rang it a few times, but still no response. Essentially, they ghosted me. Its not good for HOA towing, they towed our visitor’s car who is registered to park overnight. They told us that the HOA called the towing company which was denied by the HOA. This company told us to call the HOA to get refunded. You are joking.
We have had Select Patrol in our community for a few years and they have proven to be professional, responsible, and communicative. Select Patrol has been instrumental in enforcing rules and maintaining order in our community. I want to thank everyone at Select Patrol for the excellent work. Thank you!
I am very happy with their service. They have met every item in our scope of work agreement. Their staff patrols every day, at specified intervals and provide an incident report immediately. The Select Patrol team is respectful of our residents and visitors, and whenever I have a question on a given incident I receive a prompt response. I highly recommend Select Patrol.
