Our community has been using Select Patrol for almost two years now. We have been very pleased with their services. From Management to all the guards, they have been great. They show up on time for their patrols, they are very dependable and the reporting is very accurate. I would highly recommend Select Patrol for Security Services!
Their parking lot "ssecurity officer" Ashley outside the Amazon fresh store in Pasadena on Colorado Blvd very rude belligerent and reckless in her behavior. After buying groceries and a slice of pizza inside, my family and I briefly stopped to eat our slice in shade next to exit across loading dock area and were told to move by her which we quickly did. I am very happy with their service. They have met every item in our scope of work agreement. Their staff patrols every day, at specified intervals and provide an incident report immediately. The Select Patrol team is respectful of our residents and visitors, and whenever I have a question on a given incident I receive a prompt response. I highly recommend Select Patrol. We have worked with Select Patrol on a new asset in the Orange County market for about 18 months now and it has been a seamless and very positive experience. Often new vendors can be a tenuous transition but the professionalism and responsiveness of this team cannot be over-stated. One aspect of their business which I have found particularly valuable is the email-based reporting system that keeps me apprised of the goings-on. It helps tremendously. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
