I've been sitting in the lobby with my wife for an hour waiting for them to call her back. The lobby carpet is dirty. Not enough seats for everyone waiting. No restroom for those waiting.
Staff is great. Dr is great. Facility is total crap. Behind the waiting room it is more noisy than a hockey game. No privacy. You have to yell to talk to the nurses.
I've had very intense severe back pain and leg pain due to a disk herniation that pinched a nerve. We did have to wait a little bit to be taken in. They needed a pee specimen however I get dehydrated very easily and I followed the rules of not eating or drinking for 8 hours. I wish at least I drank some water to help the process along. But I could not pee. I tried 3 times before they set me up to an IV fluids and I kept trying throughout the whole time.
