I got 2015 expedition from them on 2/23.. My mechanic did thorough quick check since he wasn’t allowed to drive it. James checked the “check engine light” and just basically erased code…Okay so besides the sound radio not working, and small cosmetic issues, got get shocks, I went and purchased it, Check engine light came back on later on, for the “02 sensor and catalytic converter”. Worst place to get a car. I put so much $$ in this car and paid 2 months ahead of time yet he still told me because someone else drove the car i was up for repo sad sad sad
Horrible place to get a car from. My dad Calvin Hayes, has gotten 2 cars from this place so he thought it would be ok to get another one from them. My dad paid $1000 down on a jeep compass, the next day the check engine light came on and it's started running rough. My dad called them and told them about this they said they would take care of it. After 2 days my dad went and parked the car in front of the dealership. They called him a few days later and said come pick it up that it's fixed. I went and got the jeep and not eve... read more
Horrible customer service. I definitely did not pay my Note because I couldn’t even get a tag for the car because it was reported stolen and had A lean on the title. They could have relayed that information before I paid my money and drove off car lot.
