I made a same day appointment. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and was greeted as I walked in and instructed to pick my color. They were very busy but working through people pretty efficiently. I was seated about 15 minutes late but from there it was very nice. I liked my tech. He did a very good job and I will be going back again.

They cut my right foot really bad to where I had to seek a specialist to help repair the terrible damage they did... i would not recommend this place cause I spent thousands of dollars to get foot fixed .. and all they offered me was 500.00 towards my balance and they also took away my point balance towards a manicure... !! I am going to contact the better business bureau as well...

had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. The staff clearly did not know what they were doing—especially when it came to dip powder nails. After applying the dip, they told me to put my hands in the machine to dry them, which makes no sense since dip powder doesn’t require curing like gel. Sure enough, my nails started chipping the very next day. The customer service was also lacking. One person did my manicure while another did my pedicure, and there was no coordination between them.
