Rude and arrogant communicator over the phone and am disinterested in any further inquiries. Buying a car is a stressful experience, and a serious purchase for some people. It is also usually an exciting and fun experience to be had. When a dealer sales person is rude and arrogant, it deters from wanting to do business. Thank you, but no thank you.

I had an outstanding experience purchasing a vehicle from Horatio at Select Motors. It was a no pressure environment, which was nice after visiting other dealerships earlier in the day. I would recommend setting up an appointment if possible. When Horatio is with a client, he puts 100% of his attention into making the customers experience as good as possible.
