Doug and his team go above and beyond with service, repairs, kindness and understanding. Not only did they come through with navigating through issues with a recent Waverunner VX purchase, but also serviced a Waverunner EX I bought from them over 5 years ago- even driving 2.5 hours to pick up, service, and return it...all while I was out of the country. And all at a more-than-reasonable cost. Can't say enough...if and when we buy another ski, it will be from SMOA.
Really i truly appreciate you going out of your way to make sure a customer whom you have never even met before was taken care of even if it meant driving a whole state across to pick the boat up then return it the very next day . That's just good people and it shines through into your job. I promise you this the next ski i decide to purchase you will be the first person I call. Thanks again . I would like to thank Doug and Robby at Select for providing a wonderful PWC shopping experience for us. These gentleman are extremely knowledgeable and have a great selection of almost brand new boats without the new jetski costs and extra fees!
