Bought a 2011 Mazda Miata convertible on April 21st. The description of the vehicle claimed the top was "new" and were reassured the same from Ken. After driving the car back to NY we realized the top was slipping in the back and obstructing the back window. We took the car to a very reputable upholstery business who install and fix convertible tops. They informed us not only was the top installed incorrectly but webbing straps that hold the top to the frame were missing. I contacted Ken who was not only rude but said " we a... read more
Worst place everrrr I would never recommend or ever go back up there to buy a car. I bought a 2008 Jeep Cherokee broke down 4 hours after I got it call the dealership back and they were no help very rude didn't want to help me get it fixed. Trust me people do not go there!!!!!
Excellent Experience! Joe did a terrific job providing me with information and photos of my Shelby GT500. I was looking for a particular type of car for two years and foung this Gem on line. Being from out of state, and having looked and compared many cars, Joe took answered many questions before my visit. Once there, he was attentaive and took care of every issue I brought up. Joe kow his stuff, and is great dealing with out of state sales issues. Thank you Joe!
