Only reason I’m giving this place two stars is for the Respiratory Therapist, otherwise it would be one star. If you’re looking for a place that DOES NOT communicate with you, then you found the right place. From the begin, 1. my mother was severely immunocompromised and had several infections following a transplant, and when she got transferred to this place she was still on a strict protocol so she did not get another infection. Great place I would recommend to anyone looking for great medical staff and excellent patient care. The cleanliness in the facility is excellent. They have given my sister in law a second chance at life and I am grateful to the staff for all they have done for my brother and his wife. Thank you all for making us feel like part of your family.
My wife was transferred from a hospital from el paso, tx to this Specialty Hospital on 04-02-26 and the medical staff along with the nursing has done a remarkable work with my wife. My wife's recovery has been magnificent. 10+ to everyone here at the facility.
Beautiful facility. Wonderful nurses and caregivers but they’re totally overworked and terrible understaffed. Nurses have 7 patients. You’ll need to stay with your loved one and care for them yourself. They are unable to respond to monitor alarms (ours was sometimes not connected) and call buttons. Administration is non responsive and insufficient at handoff of patients to continued care facilities. They failed to disclosed that BPap was being used and settings.
