Beautiful facility. Wonderful nurses and caregivers but they’re totally overworked and terrible understaffed. Nurses have 7 patients. You’ll need to stay with your loved one and care for them yourself. They are unable to respond to monitor alarms (ours was sometimes not connected) and call buttons. Administration is non responsive and insufficient at handoff of patients to continued care facilities. They failed to disclosed that BPap was being used and settings. I had the absolute honor of completing a nursing school clinical rotation at Select Medical, and I only wish it could have lasted longer! Every single team member I met was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and patient — always willing to teach and support me as a student. Do not use this facility. The staff is rude, abrasive, and completely dishonest. We were there a few months ago for a family member. We acted completwly within the bounds of the law and in compliance with hospital rules. They have been reported to Medicare and the state for their lack of attention, neglect, and abusive behavior.
