Heating system went down unable to get anyone to come out. Within 2 hours a Technician Nick was there up and running in no time
Excellent service!! SMS Inc. sent a tech right away to our house. Rob was very professional, polite and thorough when cleaning our mini split that had gotten mold build up inside it. If you’re looking for a reliable HVAC company these guys are great. I called on Monday morning because my A/C system decided to fail right before the heat wave, they came within 2 hours. The technician was very professional and explained whats going on and I told him to fix the problem and which he did. The pricing was very upfront and 0 nonsense. We rent a house in Torrington and needed our A/C unit serviced. John Yokubaitis showed up within the scheduled timeframe and did a great job! Very nice, courteous and professional at what he does.
