I've been using Select for several years now to service my oil fired furnace and water heater. Always professional and on-time. But recently I had a gas leak (self inflicted) on my gas fired furnace. It occurred late Thursday evening. I was in a panic so I called SMS. I got a call back within 15 mins and the tech talked me through the procedure to shut off the gas main. We are very happy with the service provided by Select. Brian came out on two separate occasions to work on our system. The first was to fix a temperature issue and the second was to determine the cause of a weird noise. The temperature issue was fixed, and we were warm and cozy during the single digit temps. During the visit to figure out the weird noise, Brian and his co-worker were amazing and at the end of the day, I had caused the problem by not getting the furnace cleaned. When our heater stopped working, and with outside temperatures plummeting to 7-degrees (which brought our indoor temperature down to a chilly 50-degrees), we needed immediate assistance. I was impressed with how quickly I connected with a real person who was kind, polite, and efficient! They scheduled "Joe," the technician, to come out the very next day. Joe replaced an aging or malfunctioning pilot control, restoring our heating system perfectly. The service was excellent, and the job was completed thoroughly—everything works 100% now!
