I was impressed with how quickly I connected with a real person who was kind, polite, and efficient! They scheduled "Joe," the technician, to come out the very next day. Joe replaced an aging or malfunctioning pilot control, restoring our heating system perfectly. The service was excellent, and the job was completed thoroughly—everything works 100% now! Excellent service!! SMS Inc. sent a tech right away to our house. Rob was very professional, polite and thorough when cleaning our mini split that had gotten mold build up inside it.
