I was impressed with how quickly I connected with a real person who was kind, polite, and efficient! They scheduled "Joe," the technician, to come out the very next day. Joe replaced an aging or malfunctioning pilot control, restoring our heating system perfectly. The service was excellent, and the job was completed thoroughly—everything works 100% now! Excellent service!! SMS Inc. sent a tech right away to our house. Rob was very professional, polite and thorough when cleaning our mini split that had gotten mold build up inside it. If you’re looking for a reliable HVAC company these guys are great. I called on Monday morning because my A/C system decided to fail right before the heat wave, they came within 2 hours. The technician was very professional and explained whats going on and I told him to fix the problem and which he did. The pricing was very upfront and 0 nonsense.
