These folks deserve ZERO stars. We were set to move in on July 14th and decided to not move in after a phone call with Ben. I asked if the house could be ready cleaned due to the floors being sticky and killing several flies. He had his assistant call me back to tell me, “I could take it or leave it”. I asked to be transferred to Ben who then said that it had rained and “when water touches grass, it grows”.
