I would not recommend renting through Select Management. The owner, Ben Mann, was consistently difficult to work with, and the overall operation felt unprofessional from the start. When we moved in, the lawn hadn’t been mowed, the floors were dirty, and the trash can was overflowing to the point we couldn’t use it. A few months in, a set of blinds broke and they replaced them. These folks deserve ZERO stars. We were set to move in on July 14th and decided to not move in after a phone call with Ben. I asked if the house could be ready cleaned due to the floors being sticky and killing several flies. He had his assistant call me back to tell me, “I could take it or leave it”. I asked to be transferred to Ben who then said that it had rained and “when water touches grass, it grows”.
