We have stayed in a townhouse with Select Homes for 3 years and loved it. First off we loved the home we stayed in and whenever we needed anything fixed they had their handy man come as soon as they could. There were two summers the A/C broke and they had someone there the next day! (Which was amazing because everyone's A/C in southern california was out.) Let me tell you about the move out experience. If you're looking for a realtor or property manager who will work hard and communicate with you promptly, Travis is the one! We needed a rental in Chino Hills and had experienced 6 different realtors who left us hanging...no communication. Travis found several options for us and was on time to show them to us. He is a very nice and personable man. We highly recommend him for all your realty needs!
