Excellent and professional. I was extremely impressed with the service I received from them. If you are looking for an AWESOME property manager or a real estate agent, I highly recommend them. They have been both my property manager and subsequently my real estate agent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Not a good property management company at all. Didn't pay money owed at move-out. Wrongfully took my security deposit. Really out to get renters whenever it can.

We have stayed in a townhouse with Select Homes for 3 years and loved it. First off we loved the home we stayed in and whenever we needed anything fixed they had their handy man come as soon as they could. There were two summers the A/C broke and they had someone there the next day! (Which was amazing because everyone's A/C in southern california was out.) Let me tell you about the move out experience.
