I have been renting with Select Homes for over 2 years, and it has been the best rental experience I've had. What puts them above and beyond is their customer service. After my first landlord decided to return to her house, Chris went out of his way to find me a new house that's exactly what I wanted. Both properties I've rented are in beautiful locations and reasonably priced. They are always on top of maintenance, and every person I've dealt with has been great. So happy to have found them on my rental journey!
I lived in 3 properties managed by Select Homes since I moved to WNC in 2019. Staff always responded timely and professionally to questions. Service requests were handled promptly. Communication whether email or a letter was clear. Chris helped find a property for my parents when they moved to the area a few years ago as well. I would highly recommend Select Homes for renters!
