Well, our home is now 10 years old and we have had a long laundry list of repairs and issues. Let's start with the roof. It has now been repaired 9 times!! The first repair was just a few months after the completion of the project and every few months after! We have been told by several roofing repair companies that our roof was NOT installed properly. Terrible customer service once paper work was signed, project manager never came to the site, never addressed any of our concerns directly. Seemed like he was making things up as he went along. We were always given vague answers about when and who would be showing up, half the time with NO ONE showing up. House sat for 3 months after being put in with no siding, windows falling open and no communication from the project manager to us.
