Terrible customer service once paper work was signed, project manager never came to the site, never addressed any of our concerns directly. Seemed like he was making things up as he went along. We were always given vague answers about when and who would be showing up, half the time with NO ONE showing up. House sat for 3 months after being put in with no siding, windows falling open and no communication from the project manager to us.
