I had one of the worst haircut experiences of my life at this place. My usual stylist wasn’t available, so I was given someone new. I very clearly asked for just one finger-length trimmed with scissors. Instead, she used a machine and cut my hair much shorter than requested. The result was completely wrong and far from what I asked for. There was no proper communication, no confirmation, and no care to follow the client’s instructions. I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I asked for subtle highlights to blend my roots, but my entire base color was changed and my hair was bleached much lighter than I ever requested (orangish). No apology was offered, and my concerns were dismissed. This was not what I asked for and now my hair will take months to recover.
A disaster... ended up with a haircut much shorter than wanted because they messed it up and then we had to correct it.... stay away.... actually even better turn and then run the other way....
Tina is the only one I trust to do my eyebrows! She gets them done quickly and always does exactly what looks best/what I ask for!
