I've used these guys multiple times and they are GREAT. Extremely personal service, very understanding and considerate of the customer (especially us broke ones that need to make hard decisions about what to fix when money is tight), super responsive, convenient online system for viewing and approving the estimates, etc. Every repair has been perfect with no recurrence, rates are reasonable. Strongly recommend - it's hard to find a good shop especially for BMWs and if you're looking for one give these guys a shot.
They are the best!! Everyone was very nice! Prices were excellent. They fixed my car earlier than expected. They will be doing the service for my 2017 BMW from now on!!
