I bought a brand new semen tank from them a few years ago and only had it 6 months in a climate controlled room and it leaked and went through liquid nitrogen twice as fast as my other tank. My guy that kept it filled for me said I better get a new tank since that one was leaking so bad. I called the number at sementanks.com to see if they could replace the new tank since it never did work correctly and they said they would and that I needed to e-mail them my information and a receipt from when I bought it.
