Sold us flooring that is softer than cardboard. It was a prefinished 3/4” birch and the salesman guaranteed it was super strong and durable. You can’t drop anything on the floor without it getting a terrible ding. After a couple years of normal use our flooring looks horrendous and now all the finish is starting to flake off, terrible terrible product and the people running this place are made the same quality. RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS!
