I would not recommend using this company. I booked an appointment online. I received confirmation the day I booked the appointment via email. On the day of the appointment I received both a text and email confirming the appointment time and address. I left work early for the appointment and upon arrival they said no doctor was in that location today. They later said it was a scheduling system error. Dr. Burnett, I had a wonderful experience with this eye doctor. She takes her time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you understand your eye health. Her diligence and attention to detail are impressive — she doesn’t rush and performs a very thorough checkup. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants the best for their vision. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, kind, and knowledgeable eye specialist.
