This dentist is completely incompetent and should not be allowed to practice anywhere. Her care did not last two weeks, yet I was still held responsible for paying about $1200 for that terrible work. She also shows no respect for her fellow coworkers and is rude to not only her staff, but also her patients. Avoid her if you can help it at all.

If a disgruntled executive administrator of the office I used to work at were my patient receiving my terrible work I was never informed of (and posted falsely about it online), then I would encourage her to contact me to make it right. Alternatively I would've offered to cover the expenses to send you to a specialist but unfortunately I cannot because you weren't my patient. Have a nice day!
Dr. Liao is a super friendly and capable dentist! She explained the procedure to me in an easily understandable way and answered all my questions. Her office is well organized and clean. I can highly recommend her!
Dr. Liao is an excellent dentist. She was very professional and took time to explain the services I needed and what she was doing each step of the way. I felt at ease with Dr. Liao. She is friendly and caring. It's nice to have a great dentist close to home.
Dr. Liao and her assistant is very professional! They were very patient and listened to what I needed for my teethcare. Also gave great advice regarding Invisalign!
