I want to give a huge shout out to Eric Trotter and Josh Crumpton for being so accommodating and working around our schedule to get a roof inspected for a buyer in a short time frame. They were extremly profession and courteous and always have been each and every time we call on them! I highly recommend them!
The difference between Select and any other roofing contractor is their Project Manager Cody Harris. Cody has a way with insurance adjusters that is absolutely amazing. They seem to do whatever Cody asks for. He also meets them when they inspect and shows them his findings. Then, Cody’s customer satisfaction skills take over. He keeps you informed the entire way. He answers texts/emails/calls immediately. He is constantly asking if there us anything that needs his attention. Select is very lucky to have Cody on their team.
Can’t comment on their workmanship but if their driving is any indication stay away. Driving at least 30 mph over the speed limit. Tailgating. Flipping people off. Then weaving over to intimidate other drivers. Nice representation of your company. Interesting also how many of the glowing reviewers have only 1 review… Not sure how directly reply to your response but pictures of the vehicle with license plate is included in the review. They are doing the roof replacement for my house soon. They did my neighbors and I was impressed at how quickly they worked and completed the job. UPDATE: My roof is beautiful! Just have to return to add gutters.
I personally have worked for Select for 7 months now. I can honestly say that it has changed my life. I get to dictate my hours, which is huge because I wanted to be home with my wife and kids more. The added bonus of joining this team was the unexpected additions to my family...there honestly isnt a group of people I would rather work for and bond with.
