Appallingly Poor Customer Service My husband and I bought Select Comfort's top-of-the-line 9000 model. The bed's not the problem -- not worth $4,000+, but OK. The company, though, is a disaster! If you buy one of their products, be sure to have a spare bed on hand in case something goes wrong with the Sleep Number because no one, but no one, in Select Comfort's customer service department considers it a priority to get your bed operational again.
