Very disapointing 'hit & miss' poor quality cleaning practices. No sanitised thoroughness in cleaning shown. Just abit of spray & wipe to push the dust around to other areas on benches & behind items on shelves. The floors were left smeary, still with dirty spots & dust particles in every corner & beside furniture. They only wanted to do what they wanted. Like wipe around items on benchs, or lightly mop the floor & around the bins with a semi dry mop.

I had picked this business thinking it would uphold it’s company’s values. They had set up a plan that a cleaner would come every second fortnight and I agreed to the day and time organised. I had clearly stated what I needed cleaning before hand, asked what was included in the clean and asked if I needed to provide any cleaning supplies.
