Edit: I realized later that these SHADY, AWFUL people snuck a warranty for $4k onto my contract when I specifically didn’t want anything other than gap insurance. I now see multiple reviews with the same issue. My finance manager was Caleb. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM UNIVERSAL TOYOTA. PLEASE!!!! I do not recommend buying from Universal Toyota. STEER CLEAR! UPDATE 9/17/2026 Still doing cold calls. Stppped taking my cars there for oil changes because of it. Updated review to 1 star. Wish I could put ZERO. We no longer have a business relationship. UPDATE 4/12/2025: don't like that you have sales people call me. I got 4 phone calls from sales, like I don't need one much less 4 of you to call me. I brought our battery in (from our Rav4) for a warranty exchange. Savannah Vasquez from the Rapid Service Department helped us. She greeted me warmly with a smile and asked how she could help. I explain the situation with battery and she gladly helped me through the next steps. Her team did a charge test and found the battery did not hold a charge. Then she worked out the prorated cost and it was an awesome savings. She came to the waiting area and led me to the cashier having fully explained all that was done. It was a fast... read more
