I am honestly very disappointed with my recent experience at Toyota at Universal City. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:30 AM for nothing more than a routine oil change. I understand that dealerships can get busy and that delays happen, but what upset me the most was the complete lack of communication throughout the entire process. Had a great experience with Dr K and Aiden in purchasing my Tundra. Dr K was so knowledgeable about the truck and was able to answer any question I had. Aiden was super helpful in the process, making sure all things were completed and always asking if he could help in any way.
