Staff is very patient and helpful. Saved money by going I. Person and not having to pay a high convenience fee
friendly staff! Easy to purchase tickets, especially at the box office.
I’m a nurse at a hospital and needed to change dates for a musical due to having to work. Apparently that is only allowed for season ticket holders. I didn’t want my money back, just wanted a different night and they refused. That’s horrible customer service.
