Mi novio fue a esta llantera hace como un mes y le compró las 4 llantas nuevas del carro y el muchacho que se las cambió le dio un recibo para 6 meses de garantía para las llantas por si algo les pasaba a la llantas , se le metía un clavo etc! This guy is horrible has no customer service skills whatsoever he said and I quote "This shit bmw nowt worth my time but ok" then wanted to charge me $20 to balance one tire then when they tried taking it off his assistant/helper couldn't get the bolts lose he said no we not going to do it cause its taking to long and they are to tight we told him he is the one that put them on so if he can't own his own work we'll speaks volumes of insight of the quality of his business
I arrived before several customers and was served after them. It took me over an hour to change just one tire while I watched people leave before me.
