I initially had some difficulty getting a response regarding a refund from a previous application, but once the owner became aware of the situation, he reached out to me directly and took care of it. I really appreciated his willingness to listen to my concerns and resolve the issue. It meant a lot to me that he made things right, and I think it’s only fair to recognize the positive way the situation was ultimately handled. Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns!

Not responding to tenants no real number to call just an automatic system that doesn’t help. The managers are lazy and don’t handle tenants concerns they just tell you to move. So I had several safety concerns and I cannot get the manager to respond to my concerns

Living in their Kensington property was an absolute treasure, though the building was on the older side the amenities were top rate and the neighborhood was extremely desirable. Selborne also responded readily to any concern we may have had through our three year stay. I highly recommend looking through their properties if you are in the market for a rental.
