Currently overdue on returning my security deposit, maintenance never fixed anything, always just came in and looked at something and said they won’t fix it. A light was literally dangling from the ceiling and they wouldn’t fix it. Absolutely greedy and villainous. Scum of the earth.
In my experience, Selborne Properties is very professional and they are quick to respond to any issues, especially emergencies. Additionally, they are very transparent in their communication and are great at setting clear expectations. My family enjoyed and appreciated our interactions with the team and would recommend them as property managers because they take great care of their customers. Thanks to all the Selborne Properties team for the many years of great service!
I initially had some difficulty getting a response regarding a refund from a previous application, but once the owner became aware of the situation, he reached out to me directly and took care of it. I really appreciated his willingness to listen to my concerns and resolve the issue. It meant a lot to me that he made things right, and I think it’s only fair to recognize the positive way the situation was ultimately handled. Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns!
Not responding to tenants no real number to call just an automatic system that doesn’t help. The managers are lazy and don’t handle tenants concerns they just tell you to move. So I had several safety concerns and I cannot get the manager to respond to my concerns
