Though I can't speak on behalf of doing transactional business with this property management company, what I can say is that they are thorough and they do their due diligence on potential new tenants. Someone managed to file an application under my wife's name and SSN# and made a fake driver's license that was sent into them. Art was able to find my wife on Facebook and email her directly about the application to see if she placed it or not.
