Great Escape Inspections has worked with Selbourne Properties for many years and they are an excellent property management team to work with! They are highly professional and very responsive. Five stars well deserved.
My husband and I have spent nearly a month trying to get answers about a surcharge that is added to our rent, seemingly at random. We've tried email, text and even calling the maintenance line. The management team does not have a phone line for tenants to call. Or at least one they’ll answer. So disappointing because our building and neighbors are great. We just want answers to our questions about rent and to talk to a real person.
After reading the reviews I guess only 777 Broadway is the only property that doesn’t get the best results I’m thinkings it’s because it’s in Oakland so they don’t care about the building like 80% of the tenants including me all on sec 8 The property at 777 Broadway has no staff to help tenants there’s office in the knot for what supposed to be for a property manager but he’s never there… the property is ran down no one never responds to emails this place is false advertisement they show you the nice units but move you in th... read more
