They have the WORST customer service. The accountant is worthless! Charged $10 for a dog cone which we brought our own. (no big deal) I'd gladly pay for it, but instead of working with me they refuse service to our animals and send us to collection and were no longer welcome... REALLY?! over $10?! (which we never should have been charged in the first place) How about a refund for your mistake instead of sending us to collection for something so stupid?! I never write a bad review, but this lady PISSED me off. I will never go... read more
HORRIBLE SERVICE! The Manager was a disgrace to talk to. They had my address wrong, sent a bill to collections (also, there fault since their credit card machine was down that day) and said they called and left me a voicemail WHICH THEY DID NOT. She proceeded to argue with me and was extremely rude. This isn’t the first time she has been misleading either. I am appalled. The rest of the staff were great but will not recommend them ever again. Disgusting how I was treated.
