Private birthday dinner in the vault room was excellent!
We were at Selah tonight and were at the restaurant for two hours. Waiting for our meal took well over an hour, maybe an hour and fifteen minutes. The waitress was very apologetic, but this was so upsetting. The atmosphere is wonderful but the two times we’ve been the food has taken so much longer than you’d expect. The night dragged on and we enjoyed the time together, but we were all tired and agitated by the time we left because of how long we had to wait.
I decided to go for dinner by myself on a Thursday evening. After my order was taken, I waited 50 minutes. The host walked by, asked if I got my food. I said no. He said "oh" and walked away, didn't even check on my food. Then my waiter walks by. I asked about my food, and he said it would be out shortly and apologized. Then finally, the bartender walks by. She asks if I got my food, and I told her I was waiting for food still. At this point it had been over an hour. She finally goes into the kitchen to check on my food. Tur... read more
