Service and place were awesome but we went for the gnocchi and they were out. Definitely going back to try them hear they are the best.
I went here about a week ago while visiting the state and even after returning home it still bothers me. I did not enjoy the service, I couldn't even properly give a 15% tip in good conscience. The server didn't come to check on us more than once through the meal and wasn't even the one to run us our food. Poor service, horrible wait times, and my server brought up my bald spot which hurt my insecurities. I don't remember what her name was but it started with an S. My food was under cooked and my beer was WARM. If I could leave a 0 star review I would.
Worst dinner service I've ever had. Server referred to me as a snow beaner because they heard my Canadian accent. Asked if I wanted a cup of maple syrup with my dinner. But wouldn't call me his 'buddy'. Told me to go back to my igloo when I complained. 2/10, never again, eh.
Terrible experience from start to finish. The restaurant smelled awful the moment we walked in, like something had gone bad. The service was incredibly slow and the staff seemed uninterested — no one checked on our table, and when we did get our food, it was cold, bland, and honestly inedible. The place felt dirty and poorly managed. Definitely not worth the money or time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
