Park Village treated me fairly and was incredibly understanding of my tough situation. They got me into a subsidized unit quickly and I stayed there for several years. I moved out only because I moved out of town for work. Myself and my son loved it there. The neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood was very safe for being a low-income housing complex. 2 stars for the cleaniness of grounds and building only. Alot of favoritism. If Manager don't like you then you are out of luck. Helps only the ones wants to. Got a new manager and never available
Ive never seemed to have the same manager for more than three years but the apartments themselves are fairly decent sized and are in fairly good condition the only problem ive had is the shower installation wasnt done properly so over the time its been there the wall has suffered slight water damage
