I spent a year at a Sela owned and operated property, and it was the worst rental experience I've ever had. I had an apartment with an updated bathroom, and kitchen with new cabinets, flooring, dishwasher, stove, microwave and a used fridge. The bi-fold mirrored doors were rusted and a mirrored front was cracked in the upper left corner, the cable cover plate was hanging off the wall, the AC was never cleaned, I was promised a new patio door that was never installed and the pre-move-in cleaning was poor. i lived at sela investment apartment 1 year and half I really love it and happy to be here iam enjoying its wonderful quite place general manager Amy and marta is amazing and helpful I really appreciate the service and everything marta she cares the people like family and friendly Amy and marta thanks for being the best all time i love being here and happy best place to be stela investments apartment

Having to go apartment hunting in the winter can be a hassle especially this winter. The good thing was you could see how the parking lot is cleared and the lobby is kept clean. All passed with flying colors. You get a good idea on the heating system and windows when its -25 degrees which it was when i showed up at Sela’s office. I was greeeted very pleasant and professionally by a delightful lady , Pam. Then off to Amy who quickly decerned what was in my price range.
