The manager Amy doesn’t return phone calls when you are having issues. She is rude and unresponsive and tires to intimidate people with these tactics.
This apartment complex is nicely kept up. The tenants are quiet, it almost seems like no one lives there at all. Couldn't ask for a better neighbor! The resident I met the other day was friendly and very nice. This is a good property all around.
This is and has always been my favorite building to live in. I have been a renter for over 15 years. They have been nothing but accommodating during the toughest times. Amy has always resolved any issues or concerns I’ve had no matter how big or small
Amy and Sela investments are amazing to work with! US Air Force Veteran, father and husband. Minneapolis has been an adjustment and moving is always a change. In less than 2 hours Amy had us a unit and we were in! Love Amy, very wonderful person to work with. She's helping us raise our credit and move us into a home! :-)
