A great restaurant with rich flavors and excellent service!
This place exceeded every expectation I had. It's situated in a quiet, softly-lit part of downtown Scottsdale and the interior is as beautiful as the exterior. My boyfriend took me here for our anniversary last night and the food one of the best meals I've had in my life, the wine pairing was perfectly done, and the chef came and talked to us for a few minutes and was a really nice, likeable guy. We will absolutely be back.
I flew to Phoenix to visit my son Joshua, who is the bar manager at Sel and had the pleasure of eating dinner at the restaurant. The atmosphere is amazing and I did truly love the drink creations. Mike was our waiter and he did not disappoint. Our dinner was truly phenomenal. Chef Branden creates dishes that are not only pleasing to the eye but also cooked to perfection. Chef Branden deserves to be in the same discussion as the Binkleys and Tarbells of the Valley with Sel. Everything from the ambience to the wine list to the pairings makes this a special addition to the Scottsdale culinary scene.
