We arrived at our destination in the mid evening for a 3 day stay but later extended the stay by 1 day due to a winter storm. Check in went fine, the gentleman was pleasant and directed me to the location of our room. Initial appearance of the room was clean and orderly. I reserved and paid for the ADA room 2 weeks before my month stay. Then proceeded to call those 2 weeks so I could see the room be sure the bed was right height or if I needed to have them remove the frame. According to their website they need 48 hrs of business days. I was always told a different reason. The day of reservation I was told they do not have the ADA room available and I would have to get a regular room. I use a wheelchair I NEED accessible. Fair price, it could be better. Elevator smells, Hallway carpet should be replaced with ceramic.
