Carpet in room is very old. There are no kettle, pans, spoons, forks, knifes. Windows can be opened for fresh outside air. Breakfast with tea&coffe and cookes. Quiet place.
Do not stay here! Woke up to having no water 2 mornings out of 4...no showers, no flushing, no hand-washing... Internet was worse than bad dial-up back in the day. You could "pay" for upgraded internet but when the hotel advertises Free Wi-Fi, you should not have to pay for a reasonable internet speed. No desk chair...working was a challenge. You had to go to the front desk to request a blow dryer, kitchenware items ( there was nothing in the room), extra towels, etc.. because there was no in-room phone to call the front des... read more
We were without water x 2 which made getting ready impossible. Internet was horrible & made work hard. TV was not working on several channels as it was freezing. Should not have to ask for kitchen supplies or hair dryer. Not ADA compliant with remote front & lobby doors. No bathroom in the lobby. If no smoking need to be across the parking lot & not in front of the door.
From October 25 to 27, many delegates from various U.S. states arrived at your hotel to participate in the All-American Ukrainians Teachers’ Conference. Most of us are very dissatisfied with your service, but the most alarming issue is the complete lack of cleanliness in the hotel. The floors were unwashed, and when I wanted to take a bath, it appeared that all the dirt left by previous visitors had never been cleaned.
