I reserved and paid for the ADA room 2 weeks before my month stay. Then proceeded to call those 2 weeks so I could see the room be sure the bed was right height or if I needed to have them remove the frame. According to their website they need 48 hrs of business days. I was always told a different reason. The day of reservation I was told they do not have the ADA room available and I would have to get a regular room. I use a wheelchair I NEED accessible. Fair price, it could be better. Elevator smells, Hallway carpet should be replaced with ceramic.

My husband, daughter and I stayed here 5 weeks cause my husband was sent with his job here. This has been one of the cleanest hotels... No bugs, No noise, and definitely no shady activity!!! We were welcomed and the staff was very friendly! I have a service animal and they never once questioned. Seeing some of the reviews make me sick!!! The rooms were very up to date, they supplied dishes as well to cook with!!! Parking lot is even spotless!!!
