The room's wifi that they advertise is actually non-existent . Only this location . All other extended stay America locations are AWESOME .
Only stayed a night. OK
The room was missing a trash can and the elevator could use a little TLC (there was a weird thumping noise every time we went past the second floor), but overall was a great stay for a few nights. Would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in the Cleveland area!
It smells damp/old and everything is very dingy/dirty. The breakfast isn't actually breakfast: its coffee and instant oatmeal so the bare minimum. My actual apartment was "clean"; No bed bugs or anything in my apartment so I guess this place is okay if you just need to sit your head somewhere but its old with no real amenities and even the elevator sounds like its going to drop you.
