It has been a horrible experience. I do not recommend this company for any type of shipping or logistics needs. The customer service is trashy just as Ms Kim sounded over the phone. I try to get some specific information about my shipping which was scheduled and paid by the retailer where I purchased my item. Ms Kim who I was just trying to ask a few questions to ensure the shipping of my TV was accurate and acceptable for both parties kept talking over me and she even hanged up on me, Then She call me back and then accused ... read more
