Mike has been very helpful but this company hires incompetent truck drivers and has a history of late deliveries. My order was supposed to be here over 3 weeks ago. I scheduled a delivery date, I took off work, waited all day and never received a call. I was later told my sauna never left Chicago and is in fact, lost. I wasn't informed of any of this until I wrote my first Google review. Ever since my review they have been updating me every day and have been apologetic. Mike was very helpful but this company is absolute trash. My order was supposed to be here over 2 weeks ago. I scheduled a delivery date and as of 5:00 p.m. today and my delivery is still not here. The excuses the with this company are abundant and the accuracy is absolutely abysmal. I bought my product from Lowe's and I will be forwarding my experience to them. I hope to never use this company again.

Great service! I've done a couple of moves with them, and it helps that I know how to crate and pack things. Saved me thousands doing my own packing and just having them move the palletized or crated freight across country, compared to a blanket-wrap or other crating logistics service.
SEKO delivered a piece of equipment for my business and they did a great job. They called in advance to schedule the delivery and were on time. Very professional and I would look to use them again.
