I went in for help and they were rude and condescending discusting and I sure it's cuz I'm Asian and not a wetback illegal that they seem to favor now

I brought my mom here to fill out paperwork and they have us waiting for over an hour. They are not even busy at all. Waste of time. We asked how long before someone would help us and they said within an hour. It has been been longer and they don’t even acknowledge that we have been waiting for that long.
