I use to love this doc office. The doctors are great but the office is horrible about paperwork and scheduling. First off I was scheduled with Jennifer for a pre-op and and I sat in the office for over an hour before I was seen. Then sat waiting for the paperwork to find out that Jennifer had to wait for another doctor to sign it. The paperwork was suppose to be sent over for her surgery. I am reporting my review as I go to both offices depending on my schedule. I moved up from Broward County and was concerned about my son's development. I transferred up to a palm beach branch of the same big pediatric group I had in Lauderdale. I was frustrated at hearing, "boys talk later, he's a big boy so it's harder to move" etc...
